We are Dennis and Evelyn Montfort, your dedicated healthcare team and the proud owners and operators of our family‑owned practice. Our mission is simple: to provide compassionate, personalized, and accessible care to the Uninsured and Insured of our Citrus County community.

Evelyn Montfort, LMHC

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Evelyn provides professional counseling services to individuals and families throughout Citrus County. She brings years of experience supporting patients through life’s challenges with empathy and practical guidance.

Her background includes service with the Dekalb County Department of Families and Children, as well as work with Advent Health and Orlando Health as an Employee Assistance Counselor.

Counseling appointments are 60 minutes, allowing adequate time for thoughtful, individualized care in a supportive and confidential setting.

Dennis Montfort, Autonomous Nurse Practitioner

Dennis is an Autonomous Nurse Practitioner, meaning he has achieved the advanced education, training, and experience required to practice independently without physician supervision.

His healthcare career spans decades of hands‑on experience as an EMT, paramedic, nurse, and nurse practitioner. He has most recently served patients in several private practices throughout Citrus County.

• Initial medical examinations are 60 minutes

• Follow‑up appointments are 30 minutes

This scheduling structure ensures thorough evaluations and focused follow‑up care.

Our Commitment to You

As a family‑owned practice, we personally manage your care. When you call our office, you will speak directly with Evelyn or Dennis, unless both are with patients at that moment. If we miss your call, one of us will personally return it.

You will always see the same provider managing your care, ensuring continuity, familiarity, and a trusted therapeutic relationship.
